Terms & situation
· Applicable for both active and stopped Prepaid clients
· Customers can top up this allocation from WSC (see below)
· Customers can top up this allocation only ONCE before recharge.
No successive replenish without a Prepaid recharge
· Arrangement will subtract emergency allowance amount (100 MB or
up to whatever amount is used) from the next recharge on any restricted data
Prepaid card
· Emergency allowance will not be deduct from unlimited Prepaid. as
a substitute it will take away from the next limited Prepaid recharge
· Validity for the emergency allowance is 24 hours or Prepaid ending
date whichever is higher
· All other Prepaid rule will remain same
Process for Emergency Refill
· Log in Network Self-Care by visit
at www.banglalion4g.com or care.banglalionwimax.com
· At the underside of "Account Summary" page click "Emergency top up"
· From the emergency balance page, click "Top up" the urgent situation allowance
· A verification message will be shown after successful refill
